Zanzibar

 Day 2 in Zanzibar saw us wandering through the narrow alleyways of the town with motorcycles and crowds of people.

Shoppers. Bargaining is a must. 
Fabric purchases 

The doors of the buildings were fascinating, telling stories of the previous or current owners in the designs carved into them. 

Spikes to ward off elephants and other aggressors 
Identified as a slave owner and or a medical practitioner 

David Livingston died under a tree and this cross is made from that tree and hung in an Anglican Church in his honor.
